Sudamérika Centro is located in an old building in downtown Buenos Aires, in the area known as “Casco Histórico” (Historic Center). The interior is lit by a beautiful skylight and the location is ideal - only a few steps away from 9 de Julio Avenue (connecting to Constitución and Retiro Stations, the Obelisk) and one block away from Avenida de Mayo [featuring Plaza de Mayo, the Cabildo (Old Town Hall), the Government House, the Cathedral, and Plaza de los dos Congresos]. The main bus lines in the city run along these avenues, and a few meters away there are two subway stations offering connections to the whole subway network and to train and long-distance bus stations.
It offers suites with private bathroom and rooms with shared bathroom. In the central yard there is a restaurant and bar that is open 24 hours.
